Our practice operates on a self-pay basis, allowing us to provide individualized care without insurance restrictions. We do accept patients with any insurance for the inital examination, and if they are accepted for care they may volunatrily elect to self pay and receive services.
Your visit includes a thorough medical evaluation and, when appropriate, diagnostic imaging. Please bring your completed patient paperwork, any relevant medical records related to the condition you are seeking care for, and—if you are insured—your insurance card so benefits can be verified and payment options discussed. Most exams are $100, which also includes your report of findings. During this visit, our physician(s) will review your case and determine whether you are accepted for care. If accepted, the physician will discuss their recommendations and answer any questions you may have, after which you will meet with a case manager to review costs, payment options, insurance coverage, and next steps

We are happy to provide you records in a timely and inexpensive manner. If you would like to obtain a copy of your records please call our office to arrange a time for you to pick the records up or stop by and sign an authorization for us to release them to whom you'd like.
