Strengthen your pelvic floor Pain Free & Fully Clothed

You should not have to plan your life around leakage

If you leak when you cough, sneeze, laugh, exercise, or feel a sudden urge to go, you are not alone. Urinary incontinence is common, but common does not mean normal.  The Reviver offers a non-surgical option that targets the pelvic floor muscles involved in bladder control.

Treatment may be a good fit if you:

  • leak with coughing, sneezing, lifting, or exercise
  • feel a sudden urge and struggle to hold it
  • use pads “just in case”
  • avoid workouts, travel, or intimacy because of bladder control concerns
  • want a conservative option before considering more invasive treatment

How the REVIVER works

The REVIVER uses non-invasive electromagnetic stimulation of the pelvic floor musculature to help rehabilitate weak pelvic muscles and restore neuromuscular control. In practical terms, it helps activate and retrain muscles that support better bladder control. Treatment is administered through clothing while you sit on the chair.  It is estimated that a single therapy session is equivalent to over ten thousand contractions!

What patients like about it

  • non-invasive
  • fully clothed treatment
  • no downtime
  • quick sessions
  • no recovery period after treatment

What to expect

Your reviver therapy session is simple and convenient. You remain fully clothed while seated comfortably during treatment. Most sessions last about 30 minutes, and a typical course is six to twelve sessions scheduled twice per week. Patients commonly describe feeling tingling and pelvic floor muscle contractions during treatment, and normal daily activity can be resumed immediately afterward.

Typical process

1. Consultation
We review your symptoms, goals, and medical history to determine whether the REVIVER is appropriate for you.

2. Treatment series
Treatment is only available in a series, individual sessions are not offered.

3. Reassessment
We monitor your improvement and discuss whether maintenance care makes sense for your goals.

Why pelvic floor weakness matters

Childbirth, aging, menopause, and general deconditioning can contribute to pelvic floor weakness and reduced support for the bladder and pelvic organs. These changes are closely linked with urinary incontinence.

That means the goal is not just to “manage accidents.” The goal is to improve the function of the system involved.

Benefits

  • Supports rehabilitation of weak pelvic floor muscles
  • Helps restore neuromuscular control involved in bladder control
  • Non-invasive and performed through clothing
  • No downtime after treatment
  • Typical treatment course is easy to fit into a busy schedule
  • A resolution of symptoms is expected in most cases

Who may not be a candidate

The reviver technology utilized elctromagnetic fields, so it is not appropriate for everyone. Treatment should not be applied if you have certain electronic or metal implants, and it is not appropriate in pregnancy or with some other medical conditions. A proper screening is important before treatment.

Important screening examples may include:

  • pacemaker
  • implanted defibrillator or neurostimulator
  • certain electronic implants
  • metal implants
  • pregnancy

Frequently asked questions

Is it  painful?

Most people describe the treatment as a tingling sensation with pelvic floor muscle contractions rather than pain. The intensity will be discussed and adjusted so that treatment is comfortable.

Do I need to undress?

No. Treatment is administered through clothing, and patients remain fully clothed.

How long is each session?

Each session lasts about 30 minutes.

How many treatments will I need?

A typical protocol is six to twelve sessions scheduled twice a week, though your plan should be personalized by your provider.  The number of sessions increases based on the time you have had your problem, current health, level of activity and severity.

Is there downtime?

No. You can return to normal daily activity right after treatment.

Is the Reviver only for women?

No. This covers treatment of male and female urinary incontinence.

Is this an alternative to internal pelvic floor therapy?

Yes. Internal pelvic floor therapy is a hands-on, provider-guided approach to retraining pelvic muscles, while the reviver stimulates those same muscles non-invasively.
